How to Order?

Lumpee Bumpee offers a number of different transaction methods. All items will be dispatched upon receipt of order form and confirmation of payment. If you pay by electronic funds transfer, please include a printout of the transfer receipt.

1. Online Transactions
You can order securely online by credit card.

2. Offline Transactions
You can also order offline by cheque or electronic funds transfer. Please fill in our mail order form and mail to us.

What size do the Singlets and T-shirts come in?

All items are "One Size Fits Most", tagged XL or XXL and made from 100% ribbed Cotton allowing stretch for Mum and bub as you move through your nine months. Generally they will comfortable fit a size 10 through to a size 16. For manufactures measurements see our measurements page.

What's your Return and Exchange Policy?
If you are in any way unhappy with your Lumpee Bumpee Top or Tee we will be happy to exchange / return the product under the following conditions:

• The Lumpee Bumpee product must be returned within seven days of receipt in as new condition, i.e. unused, undamaged and returned with the original packaging
• Please email admin@lumpeebumpee.com.au with the following information: Your Name, Address, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.

Please note we are unable to refund postage/shipping and handling of products. Our return policy does not apply if the product has been used, soiled or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.

How can I be sure that my purchase will fit?

How long will it take to receive my top or tee?

All purchases are shipped on the next business day. Any delay's in stock availability will be advertised at prior to purchase. As a guide Australia Post lists delivery times as follows however additional delays may arrise due to public holidays and around Chirstmas:

International postage is simple just choose your country from the list of countries we post to on our International Postage page

How should I care for my new purchase?

It's as simple as a cold handwash or gentle machine wash. Garments should to hung inside out to avoid fading from our harsh Australian sun and ALWAYS remember never iron over your print or tumble dry.
